My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Peru.
Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The guides and drivers were all very friendly and informative and always on time. We never had to wait for any transportation. The accommodations were all wonderful and we were very impressed with the places we visited and the people we met.

Thanks for your quick and thorough reply about our concerns before the trip and for your carefully planned itinerary, we had a wonderful time in Peru! On behalf of my family, I would like to express our appreciation to you, Jose, Gerdy, Tommy, Franco, Carlos, De Sandra, and Patricia (“the team,” hopefully, I got everyone’s name correctly). Due to the high-quality services offered by the team, we had a great time in Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu.

All our tours were in small groups and this let us have more time to interact with our guides. All our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and quite helpful. All our hotels were safe, quiet and clean. I personally enjoyed El Mapi in Aguas Callientes the most because our two-night stay in the hotel included not only the breakfast but also the dinner!

We were so happy that we could visit Machu Picchu three times while we stayed in Aguas Callientes.

The 12-day and 11-night trip in Peru is one of my best tours in my life. If my family and friends will visit Peru again, I will highly recommend Peru Trip Advisors.

We truly enjoyed our tour! All of us had a difficult time in Cusco with the altitude and it took is a long time to acclimate but we somehow did not mind at all! We did have to use oxygen on our first night there.

To start, we want to thank you for your most accommodating communication with us. You answered all of our questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely during the three tours in Cusco since they were much smaller groups. And our additional private tour of Maras-Moray was wonderful with our tour guide Elkin.

Kirvi and Gerdy in Cusco made a goo work . They were all great!

The Cusco city tour was just as enjoyable with Liz. She was very excited to impart her knowledge of Cusco and Andean culture with us and we met wonderful new people during the tour also.

All of our tour guides were well informed and knowledgeable. And quite helpful when I needed help getting down Ollantaytambo fortress in a faster pace.

All our hotels were wonderful. They served delicious full hot breakfast. Our favorite was in San Agustin because they had fried fish in the morning.

The grounds at Posada del Inca in Yucay were the most beautiful. And the room in Casa del Sol was amazing.

Machu Picchu was the highlight of course and we were so happy to get a second day there.

I think for next time we would prefer to fly into Cusco, sleep 1 night and drive down to the Sacred Valley and sleep there instead of staying a second night in Cusco so we can acclimate to the altitude better.

All in all, Susana, this was one of my best trips ever in my 45 years. Peru Trip Advisors  is highly recommended.

Hi Susana,

We had a wonderful time. We were very impressed with how well all the pickups and transfers were. There was never an issue with being picked up. Everyone was on time and very helpful. The pace of the trip was also good. It was a good mix of tours and down time to relax.

The only feedback I have is that I wish we knew how long the line is after Machu Picchu to get on the bus. We had to wait a long time and we had to rush to the InkaTerra restaurant and we weren’t able to really enjoy the lunch because of the time. We didn’t even have dessert because we had to rush to the train. Other than that, everything else was great.

Our favorite hotel was probably the one in Sacred Valley. It was stunning.
