As I mentioned to you, this was the first trip I had used a travel agent and was totally thrilled with the job you did! Appreciated your meeting us at our hotel the first day of the trip. Nice touch and it also allowed us to ask any questions upon our arrival. The trip was a little overwhelming going to the Peruvian Amazon for 4 days, coming and going from Lima, visiting Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Then, on to Lake Titicaca and finishing in Bolivia. Glad I took your advice on different situations, and wish I’d taken a few more days to relax a little! The hotels, on the whole, were very good as were the personnel.

I can’t say enough regarding your excellent coordination and choice of hotels and tours for the areas we wanted to visit. The guides and hotel personnel were all phenomenal, extremely informative, helpful (personal assistance), and timely (though our days were extremely long). As Don said, he feels that we saw practically all of Peru! And, Sharon was telling others that it was the best organized trip she has been on. Couldn’t have done it without your patience and assistance!!!

Will definitely recommend you and your services to anyone visiting Peru. Should we have the opportunity to return to South America, we will contact you, once again, for assistance!!

Hi Marita,

Yes, we got back last Friday July 17th. We were able to explore Lima on our last day there, we were out the whole time.

It was an awesome experience for both of us. Peru is a beautiful country, people are nice and kind. Cuzco is a very nice place, just had a hard time adjusting to the high altitude, we both enjoyed cradling the baby llamas and taking pictures with them. Hotel San Agustin Internacionale in Cuzco was great choice. Tour of the Sacred Valley was another great adventure, and we had a restful night at Sonesta Posada del Inca Yucay hotel- this hotel topped the list of the hotels we stayed-in throughout the trip.And of course, the highlight of our tour, the Machu Picchu….its breathtakingly beautiful, we felt lucky to have a tour guide just for us ( he’s also a pro in taking our pictures). Climbing the Huayna Picchu was a great experience too, we felt like we conquered the world when we reached the top.

I highly recommend Tierra Viva Hotel in Lima. It’s a modern boutique hotel located in a non-busy street. They have modern amenities, great breakfast & fast wi-fi connectivity.

Thank you Marita for being an efficient travel advisor. To our tour guides Edwin, Cesar, Victor, Julio & the drivers – they were all professionals & knowledgeable. Thanks also to Patricia & husband and to all the people who patiently waited for us at the airport to transfer us to and from the hotel (forgot their names, sorry). You all made our trip smooth & enjoyable. It was indeed a trip of a lifetime.

Hello Marita, Once again we had a wonderful vacation. Everything went like clockwork, we liked Julio he was just the nicest person and so knowledgeable. The rainforest was beautiful, we loved Inkaterra. What we did not like was the two mile hike to the lake and two miles back all in the mud. It was just too much but we made it but would not do it again. We made some wonderful friends which made it a really fun vacation.

We want to thank you again for all you did in organizing our vacation. We truly appreciate all you did for us. It was once again a vacation we will remember the rest of our lives.

We are home and settled back into our normal lives.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent trip you designed for us!
Everything about our trip was spectacular! We loved the way you organized our trip exactly to our liking. Each of our guides were excellent. I always like to rate them, but in our case, on this trip, they were all a 10. Metropolitan was a great company to work with and we could always count on them providing us with a memorable experience.

From the Galapagos to the Amazon, everything was well organized. Our hotels were all wonderful…some memorable ones were Casa Carolina, La Vieja Cuba Hotel, Hotel Carvello, Hotel Silberstein In Galapagos,Sacha Lodge (wow!) Hacienda San Jose (Pereira) and the Ananda Boutique Hotel ( Cartagena).

It takes someone special to organize everything that you did for us. Once again, thanks.
We will certainly use your services again and have recommended you to many travellers that we met along the way.
