Overview

Take an expedition to Peru and explore it not only from the cultural, historical and archeological perspective but also embark on an Amazon River Cruise to go deep into the green heart of the jungle, spotting various types of bird species, as well as caimans, monkeys, sloths and witness glorious sunsets on the still waters of the Amazon River basin.

You will star this tour in Lima from where you will flight to Cusco, discover its rich heritage, explore massive Inca stone fortress, stroll colorful markets while hearing local musicians. You will then see the sunrise over Machu Picchu.

You will flight over the Andes and the marvelous green jungle forest and land in Iquitos from where the Amazon River cruise will depart. Explore the tanning-rich lakes of the flooded forest of Pacaya Samiria National Park on board of the comfort of a cruise and with a team of experienced naturalists.
