Start in Lima, explore the modern Miraflores and get to know its colonial past. Feel the magic and the energy of Cuzco and the Sacred Valley, take the train to Machu Picchu to uncover a true wonder of the modern world. Journey through the High Andes to get to the Lake Titicaca and enjoy the breath-taking views!

The lake is renowned for its deep sapphire-blue waters which contrast with the different shades of brown and ochre of the countryside, dotted here and there with small towns consisting of mud-brick houses with red-colored tiled roofs and stone churches. The blue skies are simply endless and the majestic snow-covered mountain peaks of Bolivia can be appreciated in the far distance.

According to ancient myths, the founders of the Inca Empire rose from Lake Titicaca.

This lake is also notable for the unique floating islands of the Uros people, made from totora reeds. Our trip includes a private guided visit sailing to Uros and Taquile Islands and the less busy but most authentic Luquina community.
