Your credit/debit card information is sent directly to VisaNet Peru – it’s not kept or even viewable to employees or the management of Peru Trip Advisors.

If the transaction is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment, and we will also receive an e-mail notifying us that your payment has been made.
After this, we will generate an invoice which will be e-mailed to you.

As with all on-line transactions – avoid hitting the ‘pay’ button twice or clicking the ‘refresh’ or ‘back’ button on your browser while submitting a payment and, if after submitting your payment you do not receive a transaction result message, do not attempt to submit the payment again, rather, contact your agent at Peru Trip Advisors to see if we have actually received the payment, or wait to see if you receive a confirmation e-mail of a successful transaction. For your convenience we really want to avoid situations where you have inadvertently made duplicate payments.
