TESTIMONIALS

MICHAEL TEAL - USA

Hi Susanna,

Yes, we had a very good trip. The change in Sacred Valley tours turned out well. Our guide was excellent. All of our tours were very good. It was especially nice to have a private tour of Machu Picchu.

A special thanks to Julio Cesar in Cusco who was superb. He really went overboard to make our trip successful. I have only very good things to say about Julio. While we were a little disappointed about not staying at the hotel in the Sacred Valley because of the strike, the tour of sacred valley turned out to be exceptional (and also our sympathies were with the local protesters), so everything turned out well (especially thanks to Julio).

I will definitely recommend Peru Trip Advisors to any of our friends planning a trip to Peru. Your services were flexible and well worth the price. I would like to write a good review online, so please let me know how I can. Thank you.

PAULINE PERRY - USA

Hi Susana,

Just wanted to write to let you know what an incredible trip we had!

Thank you so much for  organizing our trip to Peru and Galápagos!

Everyone had been so helpful and kind.  All the liaisons and guides were amazing.  The people in Cusco were so warm and genuine; I truly enjoy our stay there.   I never had to worry about any details.  Everything went smoothly.

The Inka trail hike was really tough but it was such an incredible experience!  Our guide Fredi worked so hard to ensure everyone was ok.  Went above and beyond what was expected.  And the cook made amazing foods.  My daughter Rachel got a birthday cake on her 18th birthday on the trail!

The hotel in Quito  (Mercure Alameda) was super nice.

So thank you again for all that you have done!

I’m thinking about doing the Inka trail again in the next couple of years and I will definitely seek you out for my future S. American travels.

Dear Susana,

It will took us a while to catch everyday routine after the great vacation we spent in your beautiful country. Congratulations for the great organization and right choice of guides, transfers, transportation means  etc. All these made our trip unforgettable. If I were asked to point out  the most memorable part of it, it would definitely be the Inca Trail ending in Machu Picchu, but Lake Titicaca, Colca Canyon, Arequipa and many other places we visited will always have a special place in our memories. So will friendliness, kindness and readiness to help of Peruvians.

Special thanks to Jose, Juan, Olga, Ana, Maria …. for comfortable transfers, professional guidance and on the top of all, to Freddy, who did not only his part as competent Inca Trail guide, but also managed to find new shoes for Andrea and me, so we could complete the trail.

Once again thanks for all your efforts,

Andrea & Nikola

CHERYL CARTER - South Africa

Hi Susana

Contacting you was on my to-do list for this morning.

Helgo joins me in saying thank you for a very well organised and exciting trip. Everything went absolutely according to plan.

I must again apologise for doubting Patricia in terms of the timing leaving Lima.   As an explanation, we have had exceptionally well organised trips to Egypt, China and Jordan but in 2014 had a disaster in Croatia.  This was the last time we travelled abroad and the memory was still strong.

Once I realised that I had got the timing wrong (not Patricia) we settled down.   Not one of the support staff was late and the guides were mostly fantastic.

The Amazon was amazing (if hot and humid so a bit uncomfortable from a physical point of view – I never thought I’d complain about heat!  But, we are happy we did it.

We probably need to single out Julio Cesar. What a lovely man.

Also Danny (one of the kitchen staff) at the lodge in the Amazon.

Heidi on the trip to Chivay and Colca.

The Hotel in the Sacred Valley was superb.  Just what we needed to relax for a full day before the trail.

In fact most of the hotels were superb and we were surprised at how spacious a lot of them were.  Thank heavens because we had lots of luggage.

The Inca Trail was incredibly hard but we felt an amazing achievement at having completed it.  It was a great adventure.  We left with the utmost respect for those porters.

All in all, the trip made memories of a lifetime and we are very happy with the service.

Best wishes and may you and your company go from strength to strength.

Chile & Peru

Hi Marita,

Thanks so much for the fantastic gift and the one for Gail.  I have been really sick since Cusco and have spent all day in bed and taking anti-biotics.  I have not contacted Gail yet.

Thanks so much for organising our tour.  It was really fantastic!

I have a photo for Julius Caesar of the Inca wall on Easter Island and would like to send it to him.  He was telling us that the Inca’s actually built the wall on Easter Island but I forgot the story with all of my sickness.  Do you have his email address?  I will also send it to you when I find it on my camera.

We managed to get the bottle of Pisco from customs also.

It was so nice to meet you also.  We got some crystals in Pisac thanks, but were only there for 30 minutes, which was not long enough as the crystals there were amazing.  We did not get time to go back to the shop in Lima but thanks heaps for your help finding the shop.

Kind Regards,

Kerrie & Graham Morrissey
